In 14th of July, a grand meeting of Zhongtai Group 2016 summary annual work plan held in beautiful Da Li city,Yunnan province. The group leaders and person from each center, responsible for company projects attended the meeting. During the meeting, each unit reported the completion of projects for the past half-year and the key point of work plan for the next half-year. The director of the marketing center and No.9 Spa Club general manager had a sharing session of experience about “execution” and “communication”.        

　During the first half-year of 2016, each unit company from Zhongtai group faced many market opportunities and challenges with every ounce of energy, carrying out everything according to plan. Among some, Guangzhou•Zhongtai Paradise project exceeded the target. At the same time, Huangjiang, Zhongshan, Weifang projects also marched on smoothly according to work plan. Company CEO Gao Peng Fei reported a summary of each unit working key point and feedbacks to the chairman, arranging the work plan of second half year, and raising awareness of staff to be serious in annual job tasks, to continue to carry out steadily, and to finalize company strategic. Furthermore, he demanded each unit to improve learnability, strengthen technical of each post, adhere to results, carrying the spirit of “effective communication”, and forming an elite team of effective in execution and strong self-correction ability.        

　　The chairman of company Chen Yan made a conclusion in the final phase of the meeting. He expressed that he is satisfied with the result of the meeting, and also supported as well as appreciated the effort made by CEO on behalf of the board of directors.
