In order to standardize property service standards, improve on-site service quality and meet customer needs,Zhongtai Property has completed the formulation of property standardization management system in accordance with ISO9001:2015 (Quality Management System)requirements, and will officially conduct trial operation on May 10.

     The management system implemented this time covers all aspects of property management, effectively standardizing all property services and management processes, providing technical support for the daily service of various projects and business blocks, and laying the foundation for the rapid development of Zhongtai Property.

    In order to ensure the effective promotion and implementation of the management system, the colleagues of Zhongtai Property Headquarters and the regional property service centers used the rest time to fully conduct training and study to ensure that all staff can quickly master the system standards and processes, thus achieving the goal of trial and implementation. During the system promotion process, the Quality Management Department will also regularly assist and correct the property service centers to ensure that the local property service centers are in stepand progress.
